How accurate is HYGO's weather data?
HYGO aggregates 13 weather models and automatically selects the most reliable one for your location. Resolution is 2.1 km², compared with 10 to 25 km² for consumer apps. You get HD rain radar and, with HYGO Pro, the network of 70,000 Netatmo stations for real-time readings on your fields.
Which crops does HYGO cover?
HYGO covers all major European crops: cereals (wheat, barley, triticale, rye, oats), oilseeds (oilseed rape, sunflower), protein crops (peas, field beans), maize, sugar beet, potatoes, vines, orchards, vegetable crops and grassland. Agronomic references include BBCH stages, authorised dose rates, pre-harvest intervals and buffer zones.
What product information does HYGO provide?
HYGO covers more than 20,000 plant protection products and fertilisers. Each product sheet brings together the authorisation number, active substances, use category, authorised dose rates per crop, water buffer zone, pre-harvest interval and optimal application conditions.
How does automatic traceability work?
HYGO Tracer records your operations straight from your phone: product, dose rate, crop, field, date and weather conditions. Your spray records are generated automatically, in line with UK record-keeping rules. Export to PDF, CSV or your farm management software.
Does HYGO work offline?
Yes. The app stores your fields, products and plans locally. You can check spraying windows and record an operation without a connection — weather sync and cloud upload happen as soon as you are back online.
Is HYGO compatible with my current farm management software?

Which regulatory checks does HYGO carry out?
HYGO includes more than 30 regulatory checkpoints, calculated from your country's official product register: authorised dose rate, authorisation for the crop and target, application stage, pre-harvest interval, maximum number of applications, interval between two passes… Alerts appear when you prepare the treatment, on the operation report and in the season check-up. You correct before spraying, or document the deviation ahead of an inspection.
